The year 2022 abounded in very positive experiences, summing it up I still have a smile on my face ☺ New places, new people and new experiences.

January was marked by the 4 DESIGN DAYS event and the GOOD DESIGN 2022 competition. Our ROCK collection was awarded an honorary mention in the Decoration category. The Rock series consists of three mirrors with irregular shapes that can be used together as a set or separately. Each mirror has unique features, but when placed together, they form a cohesive whole. The inspiration for the series came from the stones of the gothic Bierzglowski Castle, located in a village of the same name. During a bicycle trip, we stumbled upon a surprise - a seasonally opened cafe within the castle's walls that served delicious coffee and cake. We spent a delightful afternoon analyzing the shapes, structures, and colors of the stones in the castle walls, which led us to the creation of the mirrors. This experience confirmed the idea that inspiration can be found all around us, as long as we keep our eyes open and observe our surroundings.

The 4 Design Days event holds a special place for us as it led us to discover the NÓW New Craft Poland Association. During the inaugural session of the Polish Crafts Renaissance in Katowice, we learned about NÓW from Anna Bera, the founder of The Whole Elements and a member of the Association. Listening to her talk, we felt that NÓW was the perfect fit for us. A few weeks later, we joined the Association, marking the beginning of a beautiful story. NÓW is an association that brings together author craft studios from all over Poland. The craftsmen belonging to NÓW share a passion for creating and a respect for traditional techniques. They showcase original projects that often challenge standards and boundaries while honoring their local culture. NÓW embraces the present without disregarding the past, and it's a privilege to be a part of this community.

We couldn't think of a better place than Torun to hold our first individual exhibition. We've been living and creating in this city for many years. Our May exhibition, REFLEKSY_jnie, was held at the Proscenium gallery in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Music Theater. During the exhibition, we showcased mirrors from our selected collections, with the aim of providing a comprehensive view of our creative output to date.

During the annual autumn FULL NEW MOON exhibition, many handmade objects were showcased. These objects were created by Polish craftsmen who were associated with NÓW. New Craft Poland. The exhibition presented the works of Aleksander Oniszh, Anna Bera/The Whole Elements, Arkadiusz Szwed, Agata Marchlewicz/Cieta Cora, Bartosz Mucha/Poorex Face, Beta Wietrzynska/In Weave, Jakub Przyborowski, Marcin Skalski/Kuznia Skaly, Malgorzata Lyszczarz, Monika Dabrowska-Picewicz, Monika Skorupska/Mosko Ceramics, Olga Milczynska, P55 Mirrors, REST, Studio Tafla, Tartaruga. We were proud to present our golden convex mirror, GOLDGLOBE, at the exhibition. We have always been fascinated by convex mirrors, and creating one has been a long-time goal. In 2021, we started working on small mirrors with a diameter of 35 cm. After many attempts, we decided to take on a more significant challenge. The GOLDGLOBE mirror was created for the exhibition titled NÓW W PEŁNI. This was our first exhibition with NÓW, and the mirror reflected our positive emotions about the Association.
